first day on the job

my brother does the funniest impression of a chris farley skit where he comes up to a clerk at a discount store and basically makes patronizing small talk about it being her first day on the job - - or maybe i'm making this up, but whenever i start something new i always crack myself up by saying to myself "first day on the job" then again most everything i do is an attempt to crack myself up and it usually works
really, is the whole idea of blogs one big mass of TMI - - an expression i recently learned and thus like to use as often as possible
